Retreat Stuff

The girls at retreat

Well, I've been told off - so Jodes this is for you!! ROFL!!

We're back from a successful retreat. I think everyone had fun - anyway they're telling me they had fun!! ;-) I got 3 layouts done plus one class. It's not bad but I would've preferred to do more - I did a lot of sitting and staring and umming.
Jodes, Shara,Me and Roch in our Hawaiian attire!!U Got Spunk!
Used Crate paper Orbit range - LOVE the little alien paper. And robot studs by prima.
This is eldest son Jack 5 who is going through the silly face at the camera stage.
Instantly
A blatant CASE of a layout I saved from the Scrapbook.com newsletter. I really need to start writing down the names of authors - I always forget and then can't give them the credit they're due. My littlest ,Trent, cos I just LOOOOVE him!! :-)

Waiting
A hambly Transparency, some hand stitching and a date stamp. I wish my pics were smaller, but I printed these at HN and totally overlooked the fact that I couldn't trim them down. I was going for the clinical look. All about how long it took to finally get Trent! Longest weekend of my life!!
Summer Girl
This is the layout the fabulous Tania Davey taught. She has taught a project at all our retreats and is a wonderful, talented lady! We used some mirror corners from buzz n bloom, and the flowers have hand made clay centres. I would have never used these papers on my own, but they look fab on this layout! My eldest Ebony on Xmas day. D-R-E-A-M
This is the class I taught. I stressed over this for weeks but now it's done I love it!! We did boy ones too which looked awesome. I never took many photos this year... spewin, would love to show you the boy ones. We had rockets and robots blasting into space.
I have some girl banner kits left which I'll try to get on the web for sale asap!

And that is that for another year.... I know I'm already planning the next one.

Wow Vikki, these LOs are beautiful. I actually love the way that the "waiting" one turned out. I certainly get the sense of time passing ever so slowly.

BTW sitting, staring, ummmming - That's my style!!! LOL
